By placing an order, you expressly agree to these General Terms and Conditions:

Validity / conclusion of contract

• All offers and deliveries by Yugobrand are based solely on these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
• By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• An order is legally binding and cannot be canceled without the express consent of Yugobrand. A sales contract is concluded with the approval of Yugobrand, but no later than with the delivery to the customer.
• The arrival of an online order will be confirmed to you with an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail does not contain any promise that the item can actually be delivered. It only shows you that we have received the order you placed.

Conclusion of the contract and delivery are always subject to the availability or deliverability of the items ordered.

Retention of title

The delivered items remain the property of Yugobrand until the purchase price has been paid in full in accordance with the contract

Data of the online offer

The published data are partly based on information from manufacturers or suppliers.

Pictures may differ from the original.

Spelling or pricing errors due to mistakes or transmission errors are non-binding

Privacy

All personal data is treated confidentially and only passed on to third parties for processing the order (e.g. mailing, etc.).

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

The shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be charged separately when the order is completed. 

Delivery / shipping products

Orders with an order value above CHF 50 are free of shipping costs

PostPac Priority - Monday to Friday - free of shipping costs

In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

Delivery area / shipping method

Shipping and delivery are international. The ordered products are shipped exclusively with Swiss Post.

Orders with an order value of less than CHF 100.-

PostPac Priority - Monday to Friday – CHF 7.95 (domestic) CHF 14.95 (Germany, Italy and France) CHF 27.95 (abroad) 

Packages with tracking number cost an additional CHF 5

In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Yugobrand can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the products.

1. Policies

The customer is not entitled to offset any counterclaims against Yugobrand's claims. Any right of retention or retention of the customer on items of Yugobrand is fully waived.

Any return or exchange by the customer requires the prior consent of Yugobrand and is at the customer's expense and risk. In principle, this is only done as a gesture of goodwill.

If a consignment is returned to us for which the post office could not find the address, the full amount will still be charged. (Except if it's Yugobrand's fault). 

2. Return Policy

The return periods apply from dispatch. The date of the postmark or the personal return is decisive for the return.

3. No Return Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)

If the original packaging is not available

4. Refund value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

5. Return Shipping Costs

Postage costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases, the return costs are covered by Yugobrand:

• If you receive a different item than ordered
• In the event of incorrect information in the online shop
• Upon receipt of an item not ordered
• If you receive an incomplete product

Legal venue and Applicable Law

Legal venue is the headquarters of Yugobrand. The contract is subject to Swiss law.
