Validity / conclusion of contract
- All offers and deliveries by Yugobrand are based solely on these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
- By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- An order is legally binding and cannot be canceled without the express consent of Yugobrand. A sales contract is concluded with the approval of Yugobrand, but no later than with the delivery to the customer.
- The arrival of an online order will be confirmed to you with an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail does not contain any promise that the item can actually be delivered. It only shows you that we have received the order you placed.
Conclusion of the contract and delivery are always subject to the availability or deliverability of the items ordered.
Retention of title
The delivered items remain the property of Yugobrand until the purchase price has been paid in full in accordance with the contract

The published data are partly based on information from manufacturers or suppliers.
Pictures may differ from the original.
Spelling or pricing errors due to mistakes or transmission errors are non-binding

1. Policies
The customer is not entitled to offset any counterclaims against Yugobrand's claims. Any right of retention or retention of the customer on items of Yugobrand is fully waived.

Postage costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases, the return costs are covered by Yugobrand:
- If you receive a different item than ordered

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, hold times or incorrect shipping information provided.
